Brazilian Cardio Kick Program

Brazilian Cardio Kick-Boxing and Taekwondo is a hard-style martial art which was founded in Korea (Korean martial arts). It is considered to be a defense-style martial art, combative technique, a sport, philosophy and exercise. sparring is acceptable for all practitioners, grappling is only performed by the higher practiced individuals with higher belt levels. Although this martial art is a native art of Korea, it has been influenced by the martial arts of China, Japan and traditional Korean fighting arts. Taekwondo is also the national sport in South Korea.

Hapkido includes a vast variety of arm an leg joint locks, weapon techniques, throw, kick, hit, and nerve pressure techniques. Hapkido is no martial sport but a martial art, which is outstandingly suitable for self-defense. It can be learned both by men and by women, regardless of their age. The principle of the circle.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling based martial art that uses techniques such as joint locks and chokes to control an opponent and force them into submission. BJJ favors technique over strength and athleticism and from its inception was founded on the idea that a smaller, weaker individual can effectively defend against a stronger, more athletic opponent using specific techniques and through the application of force, using leverage to their advantage. Many of our Kimura Kids also enjoy taking on the challenge of competing in organized BJJ tournaments against other kids of similar ability, size, and experience. We find that our Kimura Kids who choose to compete in organized competition develop a strong sense of accomplishment, satisfaction, focus, and a “never quit” attitude that only comes as a result of being part of a team, striving to achieve a common goal.
